Please bear with me. Hopefully wont be too long winded.
Operational Change Request:
Normal Operations: Q633 at times carry's traffic to SCY:SchenectadyYd bnd for (B763: GUL ISF NEA RIS)(generally Albany) & (B758: MSC SPP UCC WAY)(generally W.Albany).
Proposal-1: Change Q633 duties on differing day(s), to include movements to HUD:HudsonYd, namely (B763: GUL ISF NEA RIS) / (B957/G051/ADM) & return to SEL:Selkirk with any traffic having been picked-up.
Proposal-2: B763 Can we base/station out of (ALB:Albany) rather than (WAY:West-Albany.) extend its duty range N. to WAY:WestAlbany only & S. to HUD:HudsonYd only.
at WAY B763 only duties would be to turn back with any (ISF) due to customer orientation to mainline, &, to carry any other tags (Albany: GUL NEA RIS ADM) having traversed Carman-Sub via B758.
B763 would now carry from (WAY) any local (GUL ISF NEA RIS ADM) / non-local traffic needing to reach Hudson Yd. such as NewEngland/NorthEast bnd traffic.
Any traffic having been produced at (ALB) can all go to HUD:Hudson for breakdown/building & further moment to SEL:Selkirk via Q633 once again.
B758 Will continue to preform its local duties namely taking care of (WAY MSC SPP UCC), &, extended permit travel the Carman-Sub with W.bnd traffic & to pickup any Inbnds having collected at SCY.
Proposal-3: Extend B758 duties to include the spotting of ISF just south of WAY should customer be unable to wait on B763 services.
I surely hope the above makes some sense, &, not off in left field. (Andy-Cat) wasn't any help stepping on KB several times.
